We will deploy 1 to 5 full-time ‘Finance & Accounting’ Associate onto a project in accordance with the urgency and the need in it. They will be working offsite generally and will report to a part-time Manager allocated to that particular project. This manager will ensure the workings, direction, and pace of the project. His/her main task is to review the works of subordinates i.e. associates and will engage with on weekly basis for resolving issues or set and discuss the weekly progress on the project with the client. Now, the manager will report to one of the Partners who’s work is to take monthly reviews on the workings and conduct quarterly board meetings with the client for discussing the next steps to be taken into the project.
